Jack Hadley, Sr. founded Jack Hadley Custom Homes in 1995, just 4 years ago his son, Jack Hadley, Jr. became co-owner of Polar Insulation as Jack Hadley Custom Homes, LLC branched off to specialize in installing insulation. Jack Hadley, Jr. has been building custom homes with his father for over 12 years and has also worked as an installed insulation trainer for a leading manufacturer of fiberglass insulation. Both Jack, Jr. and Jack, Sr. are state of Michigan licensed builders and Jack, Jr. is certified by Lomanco for "Concepts and Designs of Attic Ventilation". Polar Insulation is also a member of the Battle Creek Area Home Builders Association.
